About this Program
- The new OnBoard4Jobs G.R.O.W. training program is designed to train and mentor candidates and students to assist with gaining employment as an On-the-Job trainee in the road and bridge construction industry.
- To participate in the program, a teacher or community organizer must schedule a time for the presentation with an OnBoard4Jobs team member through email.
- Once a date and time has been confirmed, all participants in attendance will need to complete the registration form prior to the presentation.
- Upon completion OnBoard4Jobs will identify contractors in the area looking for candidates with the skillset and connect them.
- Once placed on a federal or state funded project with one of our partnered contractors, we will continue to follow up and check in on progression, retention and provide supportive services where needed.
