We are proud to help connect a viable construction workforce and increase the number of minorities, females, and veterans on federal and state-funded road and bridge construction contracts.
Established in 1999, recognizing an increasing demand for skilled labor in the construction sector, Construction Career Days (CCO) has functioned as a nationwide educational initiative. Its primary objective is to familiarize students with the diverse array of professional pathways accessible to them within the construction and engineering fields.
Creating an immersive experience impossible to recreate within the confines of a traditional classroom, this program is conducted in nearly every state across the nation. Through strategic collaborations with notable industry supporters such as the Florida Department of Transportation (FOOT) and the Federal Highway Administration, CCD has significantly influenced the career trajectories of numerous aspiring engineers over its twenty-year tenure.
